I-SEA does not claim to be an authority on Green/Eco design or
building. Rather, I-SEA has observed a need within the SSI community
for a user friendly directory of businesses who seek to work outside of
the conventional boundaries of design and building in order to achieve:
improved energy efficiency; less waste; and a succinctness of our homes
with our natural environment. As such, it is important to note that at
this point in time, I-SEA has not established specific criteria for
those businesses participating in the directory and recognizes its lack
of authority to do so.
